Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP) - World Bank Funded long-term programme initiated by Govt. of India and A.P aimed at transformation of Technical Education in Three Phases.

Scaling up of Postgraduate Education, Demand driven Research & Development and Innovation. 12.50 croresExtending assistantance /research fellowship in scaling up of P.G & Ph.D students, procurement of advanced equipment in R&D activities ,MoUs with industries to enhance industry institute interaction. Under progress.
Phase - IIITEQIP-1.3 is expected with an objective of Faculty Development for effective Teaching (Pedagogical Training) from 2017 on wards.
